Biography

I was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, which is located between South Fort Lauderdale and North Miami.  For my undergraduate studies, I attended the University of Miami's School of Communication where I earned a Bachelor of Science and graduated with honors.  I then remained at the University of Miami for law school where I also graduated with honors.  While studying Iaw I spent three semesters as an intern in Miami-Dade County's 11th Circuit Public Defender's Office.  After graduation I moved to Orlando to begin working as an Assistant Public Defender in the 9th Circuit Public Defender's Office headed by Robert Wesley. In almost eight-and-a-half ​years of service there I worked in every office location including downtown Orlando, Kissimmee, the Booking and Release Center at the Orange County Jail and the juvenile court complex.  Through my experience there I ended up trying every kind of case from shoplifting to murder.  After five years of practice I achieved the Florida Bar's highest evaluation of achievement in ones practice area, Board Certification.  I have maintained my status as a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney ever since.  Now as a solo practitioner I apply everything that I have learned to help protect the rights, freedoms and inerests of my clients.
